met up wit xiao wei, brigette, juliana, lynette & carolyn first before meeting the rest of the team at potong pasir.

haha i really wonder if she goes t the market every morning before going training :p
RJ & SA (like duh) ruggers were there as well.
had friendly game wit them.

i did we did pretty well considering the fact that we NEVER play the REAL touch rug game before.
cos all we did for the past 1 mth plus was PHYSICAL TRAINING which totally kills.
im beginning t feel the team spirit ! yay :D

had lunched wit the team at macs.

took bus home wit xiao wei, i swear she has no sense of balance.

NAFA TEST ! 5 items.

inclined pull ups: 18 A
sit ups : 64 A
shuttle run: 11.0 secs A
sit and reach: 54cm A
standing broad jump: 172cm D
ZOMG I CAN JUST GO BANG WALL AND DIE.i missed by 2 cm t get gold :(
ong big fat D, there goes my gold :(

training after school.
ALL WE DID WAS T SPRINT AND SPRINT AND SPRINT, I WANT T DIE.
soooooooo tiring, i felt like i was on the verge of going heaven.haha.
after all the stupid sprinting etc, we did like 100 push ups (SIAO) and supposedly 100 sit ups.
im having frigging aches all over now.boo.

stayed back after training wit xiao wei and lynette t help brigette wit sports heats (again)

he's a high jumper too ! super good !
