it was SUPER TIRING, as usual.
we ran like 3km for WARM UP.
2 sets of 300m sprint.
4 sets of 150m sprint.
10 sets of 50m sprint.

100 sit ups.

after that, we sat in a circle so that we could help massage each other's shoulders.
after miss lam annouced that ITS THE END OF TRAINING,
EVERYONE STARTED CLAPPING AND CHEERING.HAHA.
